For Link, "we" means:

• Stripe, LLC, a U.S. limited liability company, if you are an individual residing in North America, Central America, or South America other than Brazil;
• Stripe Brasil Soluções de Pagamento - Instituição de Pagamento Ltda., if you are an individual residing in Brazil; and
• Stripe Technology Company, Limited, an Irish limited company, if you are an individual residing outside of the locations identified above.

For Link Balance, "we" means:

• Stripe, LLC, a U.S. limited liability company, if you are an individual residing in a country in this list within North America, Central America, or South America other than Brazil;
• Stripe Technology Company, Limited, an Irish limited company if you are an individual residing in a country in this list outside of the location identified directly above, other than Brazil;
• Stripe Brasil Soluções de Pagamento - Instituição de Pagamento Ltda., if you are an individual residing in Brazil; and
• Stripe Global Technology, LLC., a U.S. limited liability company, if you are an individual residing outside of the locations identified above.

For Financial Connections (including the linked financial account feature), "we" means:

• Stripe, LLC, a U.S. limited liability company, if you are an individual residing in the United States.
• Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd., a Canadian corporation, if you are an individual residing in Canada.
