For Link, if you are located:
in Brazil, Brazilian law will govern;
in Australia, the laws of the state of New South Wales will govern;
in New Zealand, New Zealand law will govern; or
outside of the United States, Brazil, Australia, or New Zealand, Irish law will govern,
in each case above, with respect to any claim or dispute between you and us that arises out of these Terms, regardless of conflict of law principles.
For Financial Connections (to link your financial accounts), if you are located outside of the United States, Irish law will govern any claim or dispute between you and us that arises out of these Terms, regardless of conflict of law principles.
If required by the laws of the country where you reside, the laws of that country may govern any claim or dispute between you and us that arises out of the Consumer Terms, and you may be able to initiate a judicial proceeding within the courts of that country.
